What if I need to change my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. Please send an email to email@example.com and put ‘urgent order change’ in the email subject line. While we can’t guarantee we will be able to change it before it ships, we’ll do our very best.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed and shipped during normal business hours, Monday through Fridays only. A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you on the day your order is shipped. For US and Australian orders, please allow 5 days for transit after receiving your shipment notification. Longer shipping times should be expected for shipping to other countries. Shipping time frames will vary depending on address and shipment method selected.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat rate shipping is added to all orders below $120, and will be calculated at checkout after you have completed your address details.

- Express shipping - $10.00
- Standard international shipping - $15.00
Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $120+ (after any discounts have been applied and before shipping and handling).
