What is your returns & exchanges policy?
  • If for any reason you aren't satisfied, please contact us at sarah@mihikids.com. 
  • Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase, and is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on opened or used products.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers wishing for an exchange or return must email us by contacting sarah@mihikids.com, and we will reply providing specific instructions for return/exchange.
  • We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. mihi kids is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • If getting in touch about a return, please include your order number and product details in the email.
